Eloping in Tennessee

Updated: Nov 6, 2019

Thinking about an elopement in TN? Tennessee does offer some pretty spectacular places to host your elopement or intimate wedding, but where are the best places to elope in TN? We have made a list of our favorite spots to say “I do”! Michelle and I have been wedding photographers for over a decade in the Nashville area. The thousands of weddings and elopements we have been a part of have taken us all over the United States with the majority being right here in our home state of Tennessee. Whether your looking for mountains, waterfalls, Nashville skyline or honky-tonks a TN elopement has everything you could want.

The top places to elope in TN begins with Nashville of course. These days it seems like everyone wants to elope in Nashville, and for good reason! Nashville elopements offer not only a great backdrop for a ceremony, but plenty of dining options for an intimate reception afterwards. If you're on a budget, Nashville also offers the cheapest elopement packages in the state. Once you have settled on Nashville as your elopement destination, you’ll then have to choose from the many locations it offers. The least expensive option being a Metro Nashville park, such as: Cumberland Park, Centennial Park or Percy Warner Park. Any of these options offer a great experience and plenty of photo opportunities for the newlywed couple. There are also plenty of wedding venues to choose from, Cheekwood, Belmont Mansion, Riverwood Mansion and Skinner Chapel just to name a few.
